Wow, I happened to speak with Jayden who walked me from A-Z through the different policy's and all documents ie.. quotes, coverages, premiums, ect. We discussed what policy would best fit my needs and pockets. He was very mannerable, polite, and knowledgeable in understanding what I was looking for. He explained everything in layman terms to my understanding although, I'm familiar with insurance however, he signed me up with an awesome blessing I just couldn't refuse. The increased amount of coverage I added as well as the premium and coverage was much less and the time spent was not long. Jayden provided me with much support and help in processing my policy. He quickly emailed and texted all the information to get me up and going as well as using the App for payments and other pertinent information pertaining to the policy. Jayden you were great! "The people working here were always nice especially Mrs.Raquel. Mr Myers your other associate gave me false information or incomplete information and resulted in me paying for a year of coverage when it was not required. You lost a potentially long term customer today. I understand you had a poor associate working for you but regardless your people told me something and when it came time to own up to their mistake. There wasn't any accountability. No records of the conversation and did t keep the promise that was made. Mike Myers doesn't own up to his businesses's mistakes. And willing took a year's worth of payments on a wrecked vehicle. I placed trust in your associates and you failed to do buisness in an ethical manner. Lesson learned don't do business with Mike Myers."
